Introduction
Compassion Is What We Care About
Due to the lack of proper development of an inclusive and equitable society in Nepal, the elderly, disabled, and marginalized women are still deprived of basic needs, health services, and self-reliance opportunities. Realizing this situation, a group of committed youth has established the Nepal Care Center with the aim of ensuring the access of the elderly, disabled, and women to basic services and rights.
The center has been actively working with various social organizations, local and provincial governments, and other stakeholders to address the issues of these communities. It operates with the vision of creating a self-reliant, empowered, and dignified life for elderly citizens and persons with disabilities, especially women, by enhancing their capacity and ensuring their rights to live independently and with respect in society.
